Making a Purchase
 
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Electron and Delta.
 

Shipping and handling

Delivery within mainland UK is currently FREE OF CHARGE if your order value is over £50; otherwise it is charged at £3.50

Orders for delivery outside the UK are as follows:

ROI & Europe £10 per item
USA £30
Rest of the World £15 per item

You may be liable to pay Customs import duties (applies to countries outside Europe only) which vary from country to country.
All orders are inclusive of 17.5% VAT.

Orders for delivery in mainland UK are shipped using DHL recorded delivery.
Orders for delivery outside mainland UK are shipped using Royal Mail recorded delivery.

A signature is required on all deliveries.

Delivery Schedule

We endeavour to fulfil UK orders within 7 working days. Should and order be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by e mail.

Back Orders

All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery date.

Tax Charges

The prices shown on our pages are the same for all people regardless of their country of purchase.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our on line store. All credit cards numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using WorldPay credit card handling.

Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of despatch in its unworn original condition and we refund the product price. This will not include your postage costs unless the product is found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We at Shoes2UDirect want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase however if for any reason you are not customers can use the paperwork sent with your shoes to return there purchase within 28 days in its original unworn condition and we will refund the product price. Order acceptance
 
 
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

    • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock

    • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment

    • The identification of a pricing or product description error
